Frontenac 1 and Frontenac 2 are two mirrored apartments on the same level which were renovated simultaneously with the goal of reselling them in-house. Both apartments are located at a prime location, have a personal parking space and overlook the greenery of Ghent's south park.

To ensure that the light is completely drawn in as soon as you enter the apartment, we installed a glass window separating the kitchen and entrance. For the kitchen, we selected powder pink cabinet doors in combination with white Moroccan zelliges and marble kitchen counters. The kitchen island with rattan stools serve as a cosy reception area.

The bathroom was finished with light blue and white tiles in Gio Ponti style, while the brown tiles in the hallway allude to the artwork and ceramic pot in the same hues. Both apartments were equipped with a large laundry room and enough storage space to cater to the new owners’ needs.
