The idea to start with high-end real estate projects in our own portfolio grew from the desire to bring a fresh and unique vision into a rather one-size-fits-all offer on the Belgian real estate market. Embassy was the first real estate project we laid our hands on. The park-view residential apartment was completely transformed into an open and warm home with a young couple or single in mind.
The apartment, built in the late seventies, was in need of a total renovation. The authentic Hungarian herringbone parquet was restored while the windows, electricity, sanitary facilities and isolation were renewed to match today’s standards.
We extended the natural light in the bedroom to the bathroom with a blurry glass door that still offers the residents enough privacy. For the kitchen countertops, we picked a greenish marble reminiscent of the park’s hues. The carefully selected designer furniture gives the apartment a timeless look with plenty of natural light.
