Frontenac 1 and Frontenac 2 are two mirrored apartments on the same level which were renovated simultaneously with the goal of reselling them in-house. Both apartments are located at a prime location, have a personal parking space and overlook the greenery of Ghent's south park.

Upon entering the high-end apartment, the buyers were immediately mesmerised by the standout kitchen with dark blue cabinets, Moroccan zeliges and wooden bar stools. In the spacious, light-filled living and dining area, the new owners can relax at the fireplace, work from home at the dedicated office nook and cook up a lovely dinner. We painted the walls with a natural texture paint to radiate tranquillity, while the deep red and forest green combo in the bathroom gives the residence a cosmopolitan hotel mood.

During the design process, we always start from our ideal client. In this case, we thought of a young couple who are buying their first home. Consequently, we ensured to make good use of every m2 for extra storage space.
