Ter Rive was the second real estate project in our portfolio. The residences which we renovate and resell are handpicked on three deciding factors: a prime location, fabulous views and nearby parking space. Located in Ghent’s green museum quarter, the decrepit apartment was totally transformed into a cosmopolitan residence with funky touches. A place where a young couple or single can enjoy the bustling city life just a few steps away.

In order to stimulate meaningful conversations between the hosts and their dinner guests, we decided to extend the living room area and connect it with the kitchen. Quality materials such as parquet floors, marble kitchen countertops and Winckelmans bathroom tiles blend right in with the priceless view on the park’s centuries-old trees.
