5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LICENSE

  • endorses political, economic, or religious movements, institutions, or parties in a manner that discredits a person in the user data or in a defamatory, unlawful, immoral, or offensive manner;
  • has a negative effect on the reputation or good name of APID;
  • violates any applicable law or regulation.

7. PRIVACY – DATA PROTECTION

7.1.

8. LIABILITY

In any case, APID’s liability for both direct and indirect damage, even in the event of material damage, shall always be limited to the amount for which APID is insured by its insurer(s), with the maximum amounts per claim as specified in its relevant liability insurance policy or policies.

10. APPLICABLE LAW
